It is business as usual at Brokers National but to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff and clients, we have made some adjustments to our business operations to ensure we minimise any potential risks in this current environment.
Working from home
All staff have remote access to computers and communication systems and are fully equipped with the required hardware allowing them to work from home with minimal disruption to the business and the services they provide. When calling the office phone number , staff extensions are diverted directly to their mobiles.
Face to Face Service
Brokers National will also halt any face to face service to clients until further notice.
I’d like to reassure you that we have strong business continuity plans in place to ensure that we can continue to support you.
