Alicia, our Brokers Services Manager, is also a Director and Shareholder of the company. Alicia has been employed by Brokers National since 2003 and has over 22 years of Insurance industry experience, in both underwriting, claims and broking. Alicia started her career with BHP's insurance arm in Underwriting and later claims, where after she returned to study, whilst an employee, she completed her B.Comm., majoring in Insurance. In 2000, Alicia moved to the Insurance broking world and later completed her Diploma of Insurance Broking and Qualified Professional Insurance Broker accreditation.

Ben is one of our senior brokers having been in the industry for 10+ years with a variety of roles over the years including recoveries, claims, sales and management. Ben currently heads up our Noosa office in QLD and manages both the truck and business portfolios, along with generating new business opportunities in QLD. He holds a diploma in Financial Services (broking) and a cert 3 in Financial services.

Maggie started out in the Insurance Industry 13 years ago and currently holds the position of Account Executive for our SME and Professional Indemnity portfolios. Maggie’s duties include new business quotations and providing current clients with a first point of call for advice on renewals, alterations, claims and general questions. Maggie holds a Tier 1 in Insurance and Insurance Broking.

Carlyn is our accounts officer looking after all our accounts receivable/payable & the Broking Trust Account. Carlyn began employment with Brokers National 10 years ago as an Account Executive looking after Trade Insurance and Small Commercial Insurance clients.
Carlyn took a change of role within our company 3 years ago to look after the accounts side of the business amongst other administrative duties.
Carlyn has over 20 years’ experience in the Broking Insurance Industry with experience in claims, underwriting and liaising with Underwriters and clients. Carlyn also holds a Teir 1 in Insurance Broking.
