We are available to assist you with on-going claims service and provide you with advice on policy wordings and coverage. We'll try to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible.

If you make a claim and there happens to be an issue, Brokers National can call on the power of the Steadfast Group to escalate the matter. Through solid relationships with its insurers, Steadfast has a depth of contact with the right decision-makers to get your voice heard and will champion well-evidenced claims on your behalf.

For claims during business hours, please telephone the office (9am-5pm). In case of an after-hours emergency claim, please call the insurer that is stated on your Policy Schedule.
